Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
A 100% charge of the scheduled appointment fee will apply to no-shows and cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time and if you decide to cancel your appointment after arriving at scheduled appointment time. This policy helps us respect our time and ensures availability for all clients. Clients who miss their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. The no-show fee must be paid before booking a new appointment. Payment of the no-show fee does not cover the cost of a future appointment.
